The “Time to Flash” trademark, the timetoflash.fr domain name, the visual identity, texts, visuals, site structure, databases and source code are the exclusive property of BLACK BY C or are licensed to it.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or exploitation of these elements, in whole or in part, by any means and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written consent of BLACK BY C, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement within the meaning of Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

Photographs uploaded by users remain the property of their respective authors. BLACK BY C holds only the rights over such content that are strictly necessary to provide the service, under the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use.

5. Liability

BLACK BY C endeavours to ensure that the information published on the website is accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee that it is complete or entirely free from errors. BLACK BY C reserves the right to correct the content of the website at any time and without notice.

Users acknowledge that they use the website under their sole responsibility. BLACK BY C cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of the website or the service, or from any interruption attributable to the internet network, to the user's equipment or to force majeure.
