The guest note you can copy and paste

A paragraph for the invitation, two lines for the best man’s speech.
For your guests to play along, you have to tell them, clearly, two or three times. Here are ready-made texts, to adapt to your own style.
On the invitation or the wedding website
“This year, no cardboard disposable cameras: we’re giving you ours, the digital version. On the day, scan the QR code on your table, take your 10 photos of the evening, and discover the whole album the next day. No app to install.”
Why 10 photos, and not unlimited? We explain it in why 10 shots beat 300.
In the best man’s or maid of honour’s speech (two lines)
“One last thing: there’s a QR code on every table. Scan it, you each have 10 photos. We want to see the party through your eyes, especially the moments we’re going to miss!”
On the sign at the entrance
“📸 Be our photographer for the night. Scan, take 10 photos, they’ll be revealed tomorrow.”
“We put the little paragraph on our wedding website, and the best man repeated it on the microphone. Everyone took part.” Léa & Marius · May 2026
The golden rule
Say it before (invitation), during (signs and speech), and keep the QR code visible everywhere. Participation doesn’t depend on technology: it depends on how many times you think about it for your guests. And if you haven’t chosen your solution yet, start with the guide to choosing a wedding photo app.
