What’s in it for you

A

The extra to your coverage

Guests catch what you can’t cover: the tables, the behind-the-scenes, the dance floor at 3 am.

B

Pictures that don’t compete with yours

Limited shots, a disposable camera look: it is a candid keepsake, not a professional shoot. Yours remains the reference.

C

Your name, featured on another site

Your listing is published on our partners page, with a link to your website.

The big day, in pictures

What your couples and their guests experience

Nothing for you to manage during the party: guests do it all themselves, from the first scan to the reveal.

  1. A Time to Flash poster with the QR code to scan, showing the couple’s names.
    01

A QR code on the tables

The couple choose their poster and print it. You set it out with the seating plan.

  2. The camera open in the browser: guests in the viewfinder, the shot counter and the shutter button.
    02

    Every guest becomes a photographer

They scan and the camera opens in their browser. No app, a limited number of shots.

  3. The shared album during the party, with the countdown to the reveal.
    03

    The photos stay hidden

The album fills up during the party, but nobody sees a thing before the time the couple chose.

  4. The revealed album: every guest’s photos together in one gallery.
    04

    The reveal, the next day

Everyone discovers the album at the same time. The couple download everything, or order prints of their favourites.

How it works

One listing to fill in, nothing else

01

You present your work

A few lines and one of your photos. This is the listing that will appear on our partners page.

02

We approve your listing

Every listing is reviewed by our team before it goes live.

03

You receive your codes

By email: 3 if you are among the first 3 in your region, 1 otherwise. You give them to your couples, who set up their event in a few minutes.

The partner guide

How to support your couples

When to bring it up, which settings to choose, where to put the QR codes, what to say on the mic. A two-minute read, or a PDF to download.

Frequently asked questions

Does this compete with my work?

No. Guests take a limited number of shots on their phones, with a disposable camera look. It is a candid extra to your coverage, not a replacement.

Is it really free?

Yes. Each code covers a full event, up to 200 guests, with no card required, and stays valid until 31 December 2027. The first 3 professionals approved in each region receive 3 codes each, everyone after that receives 1. All we ask for is your listing.

Do guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR code and the camera opens in their browser.

Who sees the photos?

The couple and their guests, through a private link. Before the reveal, only the couple (and anyone they add as co-host) can see every photo and hide some. Photos are stored in the European Union and deleted automatically six months later.

Which countries does the programme cover?

All of them. Outside France, the “first 3” rule applies per region (a region of the United Kingdom, a German state, a Portuguese district), or to the whole country if it is small, like Luxembourg. In France, it applies per département.

What if the first 3 places in my region are already taken?

You still receive a code, that is one free event, and your listing is published on our partners page.
